I took my car to get inspected and they said my windshield wiper fluid and battery tie down was loose. For the windshield fluid they chalked it up to an electric problem but if they actually looked they would have seen it was a disconnected hose in clear day. As for the battery they could have took five minutes and tighten it instead of standing around on their phone for over 30 minutes. I felt scammed and will never go there again. There is zero customer service there

My 2016 Kia Optima LX FE had been blowing warm air, making summer drives uncomfortable. It's was ALWAYS great til today. I asked them to adjust the pressure in my tires to be consistent all around. Front L was 47 psi, R was 37, Rear L was 37 and R was 35. I went back and they reduced the 47 psi to 37 psi and even though my 4 tires were different, tech insisted that the sensors can be off. We'll see. It's hot out, the pressure will increase and should be at 34 psi. Starting higher than suggested by tire manufacturer. Customer service is ALWAYS top notch and 5 stars. Trustworthy which makes a huge difference!
